Thank you for downloading the AltoForms software. By using this software, including any third party software made available in conjunction with this software, ("AltoForms") you agree to be bound by the following licence agreement (the "Licence Agreement").

AltoForms Licence Agreement

IMPORTANT
As part of the installation process, you will be asked to accept the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is a legal contract, which specifies the terms of the licence and warranty limitation for the product (AltoForms), the forms and contracts contained within the product and all documentation, called "the SOFTWARE".  You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing or using this SOFTWARE.  Unless you have a different licence agreement signed by Chisel Software, installation or use of this SOFTWARE indicates your acceptance of this licence agreement and warranty limitation terms contained in the Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly delete and destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.


VERSIONS OF THIS SOFTWARE
UPON ORDERING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING ANY VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE REAFFIRMING THAT YOU ARE BOUND TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

The registered version requires registration with Chisel Software, which includes payment of the then current licence fee.


LICENCE TO USE
One copy of the registered version of AltoForms may be used by the registered user and the registered user�s employees who use the software personally on one or more computers. You may access the registered version of AltoForms through a network, provided that you have obtained a licence.

You may make a reasonable number of copies of the registered version of the software for backup and archival purposes.


NO ADDITIONAL LICENSES
All rights to the SOFTWARE not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved to Chisel Software. All rights to the forms and contracts contained within the SOFTWARE not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved to the respective Government originators of those documents.
You may not translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE or documentation.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the SOFTWARE may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.

In no event will Chisel Software, be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect or other damages including, without limitation, any lost profits or lost savings arising from the use of, or inability to use the SOFTWARE even if Chisel Software have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
ANY LIABILITY OF CHISEL SOFTWARE WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE.
